We’re a start-up with a difference. We’ve been incubated as part of B/Hub, where Boral’s digital-led game-changers are born and bred. Experience, skills & ambition
- Bachelor degree (any field)
- 3 yrs + experience in social media management
- Ambition to skill up (or double down) on Growth Marketing

What is this position?
In this role you will be the inaugural Social Media Manager, a freshly created position designed to manage our full-stack social marketing presence: from acquisition through to retention and reactivation.
You’ll have the opportunity to design, grow and run a best-in-class social media community. This is a highly autonomous role with day-to-day responsibility for Pour Concrete’s social media channels: executing on paid and organic activity.
You’ll be a key part of our Growth team, reporting directly to our Head of Growth, who in turn reports to the CEO. You’ll also be working closely with Product, Customer Success, Business Development and UX colleagues to co-create great experiences.
Within 6-12 months you’ll have the opportunity to extend out into an omnichannel/ growth marketing role and, for the right candidate, eventually progress into a more senior title / people management role.
Your key responsibility areas
You will have three key responsibility areas. In order of priority, these are:
- Lead paid campaign execution + optimisation on social media
- Create best-in-class social media community, including proposing new channels/strategies
- Support broader brand building and content creation efforts
