Accelerator Leads/In-House Entrepreneurs

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced entrepreneurs and corporate innovators to go in-house with our clients to solve a specific problem in a short period of time. Using a combination of design thinking, lean startup and our own tried and tested customer-centric tools and approaches, you will take the client through a rigorous process to help them focus on the right problem at the right time, find new customers and develop viable solutions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use design thinking and lean startup tools to guide the process, help define problems and develop possible solutions
  • Train client on the innovation process and associated tools
  • Facilitate communication and develop a close working relationship with the team
  • Work with and manage external subject matter experts
  • Oversee project through to completion and manage the handover to internal stakeholders

CAPABILITIES (DESIRABLE)

  • Strong understanding of design thinking and lean startup principles
  • Experience using lean startup tools
  • Strong project, process and client management skills
  • Training and facilitating experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Help to shape course materials leading up to the workshop/event
  • Lead interactive sessions - helping participants to complete tools, find opportunities and solve real problems
  • Ensure content is communicated and explained in a meaningful and clear way
  • Deliver content in an engaging way that creates enthusiasm and excitement in participants

CAPABILITIES (DESIRABLE)

  • Strong understanding of lean and design thinking principles e.g. customer empathy tools, design thinking, prototyping
  • Experience delivering workshops or training sessions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about people and training

CREATIVE / TECH / SubJECT MATTER EXPERTs

JOB DESCRIPTION
